okay. i'm done. feeling better now after typing all that. esp. having it in caps and bolding it.ok... there are some (most, actually) english grammar mistakes or misconstruction of sentences in the lecture notes. i modified or most precisely, IMPROVISED the definitions in proper english so that it is easier to understand.

1st:
It's Acoustic Performance. not Acoustical. never in my life have i ever heard that before. till now.

2nd:
Economical needs. hey, i'm just particularr.

3rd:
Behavioural mapping and photography. no such thing as photographing.

4th:
One-way escape: 15m (30m if sprinklered) -- and other points similar.
It's if sprinklers are fixed. again, no such thing as 'sprinklered'.

5th:
First cost saving (???) doesn't make any sense. Cost saving, yes it does make sense.

6th:
Same slide. 'Improved' should be 'Improve'. It's kinda like saying, before it improved on the corporate performance for open space planning. now, it doesn't. singlish. grammatical error. open space planning can still be found in most offices, and it does improve on the corporate performance. cos if it doesn't, no point in learning it, right...?

7th:
Poor ergonomics for continuous tasks.

8th:
Inadequate space/furniture for tasks.

9th:
No consideration for people with special needs. Just having a point with 'special needs' stated is too ambiguous.

10th:
Poor wayfinding instead of wayfinding poor.

11th:
High density/nor breaks of people group (?????????????) i'm not psychic.

12th:
Bringing in personal objects instead of brought in personal objects.

13th:
Vasolidation and sweating against hot; Vasoconstriction and shivering against cold. again, too AMBIGUOUS.

14th:
Skin temperature. not temperatures.

15th:Local convective cooling of the body. It depends on... Please, add the it if there's a full stop. or else, you won't know what is being talked about.

16th:
Cooling or heating parts of the body by radiation. one 'of' is enough.

17th:
Having cold feet and a warm head... Lazy to explain.

18th:
Hot or cold feet, caused by... add the 'caused' lah...(this is the last and 19th one that REALLI ticked me off)

My definition:

PPD index, or Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied predicts the percentage of people dissastised with the conditions of the thermal environment. In the PPD index, the number of people who voted -3 (cold), -2 (cool), +2 (warm) and +3 (hot) on the PMV scale are considered as thermally dissastisfied.

wah lau... can't believe i bother enough to type out all the mistakes in the lecture notes. and those are only SOME of the mistakes from chapter 1 to chapter 3. anyways, going to bed now. feeling awfully tired to get pissed off with this kind of crap. well, at least i can look on the bright side now. At least i can now understand the terms and definitions easier. Well, good luck for your quiz.

Two future housewife

After the whole run, we left yang's hse at 11pm. Plan to take 65 to safra then 168 woodlands. I dunnoe wat happened on the way, me n yf follow cheryl to take 58 then 168. journey to 58 bus stop took me 20 mins, waiting for 58 another 25 mins. we thought of sharing cab to woodlands derhs, bt miracles happened. oh man! our 58 met 168 in the T-junction. Hoho.. save the cab fare. Yongfeng!! we lucky!

It's his 82th birthday today. I went back Indonesia to help him celebrate too.
The celebration would be same as last year. Every children of Ahgong will need to bring at least 2 dishes for the contribution to buffet. My mum contribute 4 dishes wOrx.

Confusing

Last few entries all wif pics, bt I dun hv new photos so far. So update in words bahx (like what tehx has done). I noe he wont view my blog derhs. So put his name For Fun.

Sch has been started 2 weeks ago n the timetable is quite unpacked actually.

Most of the lessons starts in the afternoon. So is good for pig like me =D

Play sports wif classmates after sch. unfortunately, i injured again T_T

Now let's recall all the incidents again wif me!~!~!

1st time n the most jialat one is the ice-skating when celebrate syahidah's birthday in jurong. Dat one Oh Man! broke my tail bone =.='' almost need to do operation if it contnue the pain. Fortunately, I escaped it.

2nd time played badminton till my knee gt big blue black. I tink siling gt put in her blog entries for that specified photo.

3rd time which was happened recently, my swollen finger. I played basketball wif my frens n accidentally injured my finger while catching the ball.

Oh ya!~! i juz realised that i gt 3 new photos for last week derhs.
